Girl with cowgirl helmet gets a tattoo of her favourite cowgirl

By MARCUS MARTIN Associated Press WriterNew York (AP) A girl with a cowgirl headband has a new favourite character, and her name is Kale.

Kale, a 14-year-old from Long Island, N.Y., was crowned “the most popular girl” in the city on Saturday night when she received a tattoo that said, “Girl with cowboys hat” on her forehead.

The tattoo was created by the local tattoo parlor, the Tattoo City, which is located at the corner of Broadway and Fifth Avenue.

The city’s chief tattoo artist, Jules Zwier, said he is not sure why the girl has chosen the cowgirl costume for the night.

He said she is not the first girl in Long Island to get a cowhead, and it is likely that the name Kale has something to do with the costume, according to local news station WABC.

Zwier told The Associated Press on Sunday that the tattoo is just one of the things that has made the costume popular.

“We have to make sure people know we are here for them,” Zwiers said.

“If they are looking for something new, we are the place for them.”

Kale was born with the rare gene disorder called autosomal recessive dwarfism, meaning she has a smaller than average skull and a slightly larger jaw than normal.

The condition causes a child to have an uneven build, a large head, and sometimes facial features that can look more like that of a normal child.

In the past few years, the city has seen more cases of the rare genetic disorder reported.

Zerwiers has also worked with a number of children with the disorder, and said they all enjoy playing with the hat and boots she has given them.

The girl, who will be attending high school this fall, said she loves the hat because she can wear it anywhere, including at her school, her friends’ houses, and on the beach.

The hat, which costs about $300, has been given to Kale by her mother, who is a former model, said the tattoo artist.

“The hat was something she had wanted for a long time and I think she is happy she got it,” Zwart told WABC of the girl.

“It’s a nice touch to have something from a previous generation.

I think it’s going to go over well with a lot of people.”

Kelsey Stiles, a volunteer with the local animal shelter, said that she had seen the tattoo and thought it was a cute addition to the young girl’s costume.

“I’m a big fan of all the characters that we have in the costume and this girl has it, so I am really happy,” Stiles said.

“She has a very unique look to her and her friends can look at her and think, ‘Oh, that girl has a cowbell.'”
